Our boot camps in Huntington Beach are private. Our Groups meet in our Beautiful Group room in our private personal training studio. Group Personal Training & Boot Camp Classes are the same thing. We supply all mats,weights, balance discs, balls, bands and more for your workouts. You only have to bring yourself and a friend if you want. Start at your own fitness level. On those cold and/or wet mornings outdoors, we are an indoor boot camp, so it does not matter. You come anyway. If it is 90 degrees out, we have air conditioning. NO excuses We have no outdoor classes in the dark. No uneven potholes or holes in the grass. When we are in boot camp classes that is the only class going on in the studio. We are not out in public where anyone can watch from far or near. There is no membership fees. We are a private Fitness Boot Camp for Women/Ladies. Our Boot Camp instructors are experienced, educated and certified in Personal Training and Boot Camps Training Classes. All Teachers are Core Strength Fitness educated trainers as well as yoga and pilates. Tracy has advanced education in core fitness from physical therapist. Understanding the functions of the body makes for a better personal trainer. Exercise and Fitness is not only about losing weight and getting toned. It is about getting fit the right way with no injuries. If you have an injury or are coming from physical therapy, your trainer needs to know what to do. Get fit and healthy, stay safe heal from old injuries. Move your body and make it last, is what I say. You have to move it right so the body lasts your life time the best it can be. Gyms and Personal Trainer facilities are required to have CPR certifications and have a AED on site. AED stands for automatic external defibulator, and California Law requires this.
